We would properbly lose some recipe.

  1. I think we can remove members who didn't log in the game for 2 weeks... But is there any way to find out what recipes belongs to which members?

I think from now on whenever we get a new recipe we should trade it to each other until at least 3 members have it. That way we won't lose recipes when someone leaves.

  2. Have to check first whether they are on hibernation, which will show on the members list on the Coop page. Anyway, the Leader will have to write to them giving them advice/notice to correct it. They might not be aware of this rule. Then, if they don't reply in a few days time, I agree that they should be removed. No point keeping them as member.

On the point of passing recipe to 3 members, I do not agree. Why 3 and who are the 3? also this create a group of priviledged member and another group who are not. Every member should be equal as everyone contribute to the coop. Also someone other than the priviledged 3 could have helped in getting the recipe, which he at least should be entitled to a copy due to his assistance. If the 3 selected member is on a random basis, it will complicate tracking of who has what recipe. As it stands now, we don't know who has what recipe.

Another method might be only the Leader should keep the copies. This will create less argument as only 1 person is privileged which is the Leader. And by joing the coop, we all accepted him as the Leader, which also has the right to kick out any member.

My preference is that recipe should be transferred to all members as a reward for being in the coop. If any member leaves, this has no effect on the coop. This also motivate every member to assist anyone to complete a mission with recipe.

There are some recipe which are not transferrable now due to the person has no ingredients, workshop to manufacture it, or the item is not available or the market. But if it is coop policy to give to everyone, someone who can manufacture this can make the product and pass it to the person with the recipe. The item can then be passed to others with include recipe.

  3. Well I said 3 members because I've read about cases where it was the leader to had to suddenly quit or became ill and couldn't play, or various other reasons. So I think the leader and two other people who have been in the co-op for a very long time should be appointed to be the recipe-keepers.

Of course any member should be free to ask for a recipe, but the minimum should be 3 people just to ensure that there will always be a backup.
