Another Crop Question.

The Plan I had mentioned in my earlier question also mentions to switch planting of Group1 and Group 2 if the Group 4 harvest gets late. When will it be considered too late to plant Group1 crops?

    I think, "too late" means May because temperature will be higher than 30 Celsius Degree by end of July, and it's not so good for Group 1.
